Shuttle Service

For your information, the Roanoke Regional Airport is located approximately 50 miles from the Conference site in Lexington, Virginia.

From the Martin Travel Conference Registration page:

I’m flying to Roanoke. How do I get to Lexington?
Roundtrip bus shuttle service is available. The cost is $20.00 and you can sign-up with your registration form. If you prefer, we can reserve a rental car at the Roanoke Regional Airport for you.

Once at the conference location, what do I do if I don’t have a car?
We have set-up a bus shuttle system that will run from your hotel, and others, to and from campus, on a scheduled basis. Due to distance, not all hotels/motels will be served by this daily shuttle service. If you require this shuttle service, please check the hotel/motel list to make certain your hotel/motel is served by the shuttle system.

Other information

I am driving to Lexington and plan to take my car from the hotel to the conference every day. Where do I park while at the conference?
Conference participants with private transportation are asked to park at one of two locations: College Square Shopping on Highway 11 North or the Stonewall Square on Route 60 West. Shuttle bus services will operate on a regular basis between the conference site and the private vehicle parking areas.

I have made room reservations at a hotel or Bed and Breakfast not included on the list provided by Martin Travel. Will there be shuttle bus transportation to my hotel?
No. Shuttle bus transportations will serve only those hotels cooperating with the conference.
