• What technical resources are available? 

  Classroom Configuration

  Large-screen projection (optimal resolution 1024x768) with audio from the following:

  §         DVD/CD player

  §         VHS player

  §         Overhead projector or document camera

  §         A connection for a laptop to the projector

  The connection will be an analog VGA (15 pins, 3 rows).

  §         Computer

  CD drive

  3 ½ “ floppy drive

  Windows XP

  Microsoft Office Suite 2002 or greater (including Publisher, excluding Outlook)

• Will there be accommodations for people with disabilities?
  Yes. Be certain to indicate your special needs on the form when you register, and we shall try to meet them as best we can.
   
• I am part of a group presentation. Do I have to register officially even though the principle presenter for our session has already registered?
  Yes. All must register.
  
  
• How can I contact Martin Travel?
  You can contact Martin Travel by calling toll free 800 277 0248 or at the Lexington office by calling 540 463 2197.
   
• I have made room reservations at a hotel not included on the list provided by Martin Travel. Will there be shuttle bus transportation to my hotel?
  No. Shuttle bus transportations will serve only those hotels cooperating with the conference.
   
• I am driving to Lexington and plan to take my car from the hotel to the conference every day. Where do I park while at the conference?
  Conference participants with private transportation are asked to park at one of two locations: College Square Shopping on Highway 11 North or the Stonewall Square on Route 60 West. Shuttle bus services will operate on a regular basis between the conference site and the private vehicle parking areas.
